The acquisition of the company’s primary distribution center strengthens Rainforest’s long-term operational foundation and expands its capacity to serve retailers and suppliers across the East Coast.
The Bayonne, NJ facility serves as Rainforest’s primary headquarters and distribution hub, supporting the company’s frozen, refrigerated, and dry distribution operations across the Mid-Atlantic and Northeast United States. The property provides direct access to major transportation corridors serving the New York metro area and the broader East Coast market.
Strengthening the East Coast Distribution Network
The acquisition of the Bayonne headquarters reflects Rainforest’s continued commitment to investing in its infrastructure and long-term growth. By owning rather than leasing its primary facility, Rainforest gains greater operational flexibility, stability, and control over its distribution network — enabling the company to better serve its retail partners and supplier brands across the region.
